Lule promises Sand Cranes victory against Burundi

Uganda’s beach soccer player Paul Lule has expressed confidence that the Sand Cranes can defeat Burundi in Sunday’s deciding qualifier for the 2026 Africa Cup of Nations at Bunjako Beach. Uganda recovered from a three-goal deficit to secure a 4–4 draw in the away leg in Bujumbura. That comeback keeps the team in contention for a place at the continental tournament, with the return match offering Ugandan supporters a chance to rally behind their national side.
